Head of Collection Development Group

An international group of companies, one of the leading professional players in the CIS debt management market is looking for a Head of Collection Development Group for its office in Kyiv.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Portfolio processing strategy development, implementation, controlling

• Continuous collection tools improvement (letters, skip-tracing, sms, etc.)

• Collection systems (CRM and PBX) development in role of product owner

• Co-work with clients and partners (big Industry companies like big Banks, Telecom, Audit and large International enterprises)

• Management (hiring, team integration, performance evaluation and motivation) of 20+ people

• Close collaboration with IT department and business stakeholders as project manager or project

• expert/business analyst

Main requirements:

• 5+ years of experience, experience in the debt collection industry is a plus

• Strong analytical skills, familiar with statistics

• Proficient English

• Advanced MS Office user, especially Excel

• Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL) is a plus

• Experience in creation of workflow diagrams/charts/presentations
