Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept whereby “companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations on a voluntary basis.”

As a recruiting and executive search company, Benedicite is a people business and we have decided to concentrate on assisting people with disabilities through our Corporate Social Responsibility program.

What do we do?

• Encourage our clients to search and hire among professionals with disabilities.
• Maintain a database of CVs with university-educated professionals with disabilities.
• Conduct motivational seminars and help professionals with disabilities find employment.

Benedicite has taken up the challenge of generating higher employment among professional Ukrainians with disabilities. We welcome any opportunity to cooperate in this area with organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
